On 29 June 2025, H.E. Mr. Thanawat Sirikul, Ambassador of Thailand to Egypt, and his spouse hosted a reception at the Ambassador's Residence to bid farewell for Ms. Thanavon Pamaranon, Counsellor, whose term has ended, and to introduce Mr. Jatupon Innachit, Head of Economic Section and Mr. Kannithi Traitonwong, Third Secretary, who begins their duties this month. Over 30 representatives from the diplomatic corps, as well as members of the Egyptian public and private sectors, attended the event, reinforcing the Friends of Thailand network in Egypt.
