On 28 and 30 October 2024, the Royal Thai Embassy together with the Thai Students’ Association in Cairo under the Royal Patronage organised two Canva Essentials workshops for Thai students in Cairo. The workshops’ curriculum was prepared by Canva Design School. The students learned how to use basic tool for designs such as templates, photos and videos editors, as well as to utilize artificial intelligence to help with the design. There were 27 students who passed the test and received certificates from Canva Design School. The said workshops are part of a Digital Skills Training program aimed at improving the digital skills of Thai students and preparing them for the world of work after graduation.

On 20 October 2024, the Royal Thai Embassy in Cairo in collaboration with the Thai Students’ Association in Cairo under the Royal Patronage organised the 1st Career circles (Online). A hospital interpreter and diplomats were invited to share their experiences with the Thai students. These included Mr. Muhammad Sharif, an experienced interpreter at Bangpakok 9 International Hospital, Mr. Paoyee Waesahmae, a Counsellor at the Royal Thai Embassy in Islamabad, both of whom are alumni of Al-Azhar University, and finally Miss Warunya Ridmad, a diplomat from the Office of Policy and Planning, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand. The speakers gave advice on how to prepare for job applications, interviews, and examinations, as well as on techniques to improve their skill sets. The program aims to prepare students for careers after graduation.

From 13-17 October 2024, the Royal Thai Embassy in Cairo, in collaboration with Egypt’s Dar Al-Ifta and the Thai Students’ Association in Cairo under the Royal Patronage organized a training course on Islamic interpretation for Thai students in Egypt. The objective is to strengthen the understanding of the principles of Islamic interpretation for students who are about to graduate and return to Thailand. This helped to prepare them to become religious leaders in their home communities.

On 15 October 2024, the Royal Thai Embassy in Cairo organized a Royal Thai Volunteers Activity on the occasion of His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great and King Chulalongkorn Day, and gave donation of 25,000 Egyptian Pound, contributed by Team Thailand, for the renovation of the new office of the Thai Students’ Association in Cairo under the Royal Patronage. From October 2024 onwards, the Thai Students’ Association in Cairo and the Thai Learning Encouragement Center in Cairo have moved to a new location to provide integrated and better services for Thai students. The new office is located at 37 Ismail Al Kabbani, Al Manteqah, Al Oula, Nasr City.
