On 21 November 2024, Mr. Thanabordee Joothong, Charge d'affaires, a.i., along with Mr. Niwat Apichartbutra, Commercial Attaché, Office of Commercial Affairs in Cairo, met with Mr. Emad Said, Senior Managing Director of Japan Seafood Solutions S.A.E. and delegations at the Royal Thai Embassy in Cairo. The meeting discussed the business opportunities in the food sector between Thailand and Egypt since Egypt is the world’s leading exporter of fresh and frozen fruits such as strawberries, mangoes, oranges, and grapes.
