On 15 October 2020, H.E. Mr. Puttaporn Ewtoksan, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Arab Republic of Egypt, met with H.E. Mr. Hatem Tag El Din, Assistant Foreign Minister for Protocol Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt; H.E. Mr. Hazem El Tahry, Deputy Assistant Foreign Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt; and H.E. Mr. Moustapha El Kouny, Ambassador Designate of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Kingdom of Thailand, on the occasion of his assumption of duty. Both sides discussed ways to enhance Thai-Egyptian bilateral relations and explored further cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
