During 19-20 March 2019, the Royal Thai Embassy in Cairo participated in the 12^th International Cultural Festival at Sixth October University, a leading private university in Cairo. The event provided the opportunity for embassies and cultural centers in Egypt to showcase their cultures through various activities. In the event, the Royal Thai Embassy decorated its booth to promote Thai arts, culture and tourism as well as making various activities to promote the country and its culture, including fruit craving demonstration, Thai fruit and dessert display, Thailand’s Quiz competition, Thai name writing for visitors as well as providing space for photo opportunity with Thai tourist attraction screens. About 5,000 students attended the event each day and Thai booth was well-attended by the students.
