On 25 September 2021, the Royal Thai Embassy was invited to attend and participated in the 1st International Cultural Event of Gouter 2021 at the Baron Empain Palace. For the festival, Team Thailand presented information on tourism in Thailand and displayed Thai products such as Thai jasmine rice as well as various Thai seasonings. The Embassy also distributed Thai food for attendees to savour and organized a live performance of Thai fruit carving.

The event was organized by Al-Ahram under the auspices of the Prime Minister of the Arab Republic of Egypt and involved the participation of thirteen different embassies in Egypt.
