Announcement: Change of Regulations and Measures on Entry into the Kingdom of Thailand

Due to recent changes in the regulations and measures on entry into the Kingdom of Thailand for Thai nationals and non-Thai nationals, in particular, the extension of the quarantine periods implemented upon arrival in Thailand, the Royal Thai Embassy wishes to provide the following information:

1. All travelers obtaining the Certificate of Entry (COE) issued on or later than 1 May 2021 will be required to undergo quarantine for no less than 14 days regardless of their originating point of departure and vaccination status.

2. All travelers who have received their Certificate of Entry (COE) prior to 1 May 2021 will be quarantined as follows:

2.1 Those arriving in Thailand between 1 – 5 May 2021 will be quarantined for no less than 7, 10, or 14 days, as indicated in the COE.

2.2 Those arriving in Thailand from 6 May 2021 onwards will be quarantined for no less than 14 days.
