On 17 August 2024, Mr. Thanabordee Joothong, Chargé d'Affaires a.i., participated in the opening ceremony of the 43rd World Scout Conference at Al-Qubba Presidential Palace, Cairo, hosted by Egypt. There were representatives from more than 170 countries attending the conference. On this occasion, he met with the representatives from Thailand and provided support on their cultural activities during the International Evening.
