On 25 June 2025, H.E. Mr. Thanawat Sirikul, Ambassador of Thailand to Egypt, led the officials and spouses, staff of the Royal Thai Embassy, and representatives of Thai students and Thai Communities in a volunteer activity on the auspicious occasion of the Birthday Anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana, 3 June 2025

The Royal Thai Embassy, together with representatives of Thai students and Thai Communities, gave donation of money and necessary items for small children at Mother Therese Nunnery in Garbage City, Moqattam. The Nunnery provides free of charge nursery services to over 80 small children (1 month – 3 years old) from low-income families whose parents must work during daytime. The Nunnery is supervised by volunteer nuns and operated mainly on donations.
