On 21 August 2025, H.E. Mr. Thanawat Sirikul, Ambassador of Thailand, led the officials and spouses, staff of the Royal Thai Embassy, and representatives of Thai Communities in a volunteer activity on the auspicious occasion of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother’s Birthday on 12 August 2025.

The Royal Thai Embassy, together with representatives of Thai Communities, gave donation of money and necessary items for the orphans and the disabled at Al Orman Angel House in Mohandessen, under the supervision of Al Orman Association, an Egyptian non-profit, non-governmental, non-taxable organization which was established in 1993 with the permission of Ministry of Social Solidarity, to providehumanitarian assistance to the orphans, the disabled and those in need without any religious bias.  The association depends primarily on financial funds from Egyptians living in Egypt or abroad.

On the occasion, Ambassador and the participants listened to the briefing on the establishment and works of Al Orman Association.  Ambassador expressed appreciation for the Association’s excellent works in providing assistance to orphans and people with disabilities.  He also discussed promoting cooperation and engagement with the organization to support assistance especially at the level of people to people connectivity.
